This post includes March and April since I missed posting in March due to an overflow of non-stop things to enjoy.
March began with the launch of one of the new programs I am offering, “Ideal Life Creation”. This is a one year extremely powerful transformational program assisting the members to permanent release core traumas and negative, limiting mental and emotional beliefs, Ideas, and concepts, then creating their Ideal self and life. This program is ongoing, so if you are ready to create your Ideal life, I look forward to receiving your message. I was also very happy to celebrate my birthday with friends and family in Honolulu and continuing the month of March by embarking on a trip through the Galapagos Islands and the Ecuadorian Amazon River. This is my second time in Galapagos, and I am sure not my last… I find it to be one of the most amazing places on our beautiful planet. We traversed through piles of iguanas, swam with sea lions, turtles, penguins, manta rays, all sort so colorful fish, and sharks. It was my first time in the Amazon rain forest, where I was excited to see numerous animals only to be found in that area. We fished for piranha, watched the monkeys play, spotted various birds, and climbed the viewing tower to see everything from above the trees. More interesting, was to spend time with the indigenous people still living their traditional ways in the forests, where I helped gather food with a very strong, youthful looking 85-year-old women. The people there live long and healthy lives, eating natural food from their environment, keeping physically active, sleeping when the sun goes down, and being barefoot on the powerful lush earth. If you are interested in learning more about how food, being barefoot on the earth (earthing), and the environment you live in affects your well-being, check out the book I wrote, One Only: Awaken to THE Relationship. My soul food has always been experiencing new places and people. I am very grateful to life and this planet for providing such a wonder FULL place to thrive. THANK YOU FOR BEING YOU “My mission in life is not merely to survive, but to thrive; and to do so with some passion, some compassion, some humor, and some style.” -- Maya Angelou
