It’s been a little over 2 months since I last posted a blog. I was on my way to Bosnia and then Croatia, and for some reason I just stopped posting.
So I find myself now in India, with a strong urge to share my experience, but I feel I should finish submitting the Balkan journey first:
I, like many going to Bosnia for the first time, had very low expectations. Actually it is rare that I even have expectations about a place... but Bosnia I did...and wow, was I wrong.
The bus followed the Tara River out of Montenegro across the border into Bosnia.
We drove hours through different villages & small City's toward the capital of Sarajevo.
I was so surprised how beautiful and well kept all the homes and buildings are.
I was really impressed with Sarajevo, and I'm not a city person at all. It is very clean and modern looking.
When I got off the bus, I asked a man for directions to my hotel, and he and his girlfriend ended up giving me a ride because it was a bit far. I found the people of Sarajevo to be very kind.
I stayed in Sarajevo for one night, then continued on to my main destination - the Bosnian Pyramid Valley of Vosoko.
I have been very interested in this area for years, especially about the extremely pure water and the energy frequency that is found in the tunnels and around the pyramids - both have been scientifically proven to have balancing and healing effects on the body.
There is continuous excavation going on in the tunnels and around the pyramids, with the whole project being led by the internationally known anthropologist Sam Osmanagich.
Sam turned the adjacent land into a “Stress Free” zone park that has all kinds of activities to experience that are meant to enhance the persons energy field and release stress.
After spending 5 days exploring all the pyramids and tunnels, I got on the bus to Croatia.
