I’m writing November’s blog post in December because I spent the entire month immersed in love and gratitude with family and friends.

I jumped right into full-time work in the San Francisco area, after 3 months in Africa.
I took a little break between job contracts, and went to Durango, Colorado. I’ve been to multiple areas of Colorado before, but never the exceptionally charming town of Durango. It was a perfect time to experience the area with all the splendid fall colors everywhere, and the festive Halloween decorations on the old Victorian homes provided me with an abundance of eye candy. I was fortunate to stay in The Gable House Bed & Breakfast, a Nationally Registered Historical Place, built in 1892. All the rooms are oozing with comfort and charm, and the breakfast is delectable. What impressed me the most was meeting a 16-year-old young woman, who was born and raised in Durango. I asked her what she thought about it, and she said, “she loves living here”. I shared my surprise because most teenagers I meet in small towns have only negative things to say, like how boring it is, and how they would love to go somewhere else. She said, “Durango has everything you need in walking distance”. How about you? Are you happy and appreciate where you live? “Happiness depends upon ourselves.”— Aristotle THANK YOU FOR BEING YOU! I finally fulfilled a lifetime dream of experiencing a safari in Africa… and I ended up getting way more than I could ever image.
After 2 months in Johannesburg area writing, I found my financial budget already depleted. Luckily, the 10 days safari adventure in the Eastern Cape of South Africa, the 3 days in Cape town, and 3 days at Victoria Falls in Zimbabwe and Zambia, were already paid for. What wasn’t part of the budget, and is a drive away from Johannesburg, is Kruger National Park, the largest safari national park in South Africa. I have no idea if I will ever make it back to South Africa, and thought how I would always regret I didn't get to go there. Well, as life likes to hand out miraculous blessings here and there, I met a kindred soul, who offered to join me on a 4-day budget friendly trip to Kruger Park, staying at her family’s vacation home near the park entrance. We drove 8 hours a day through the grand Kruger Park, seeing all sorts of marvelous animals, including 4 of the big 5 on the first day (cheetahs came on another safari). After our long day through the park, we cooked our food over the campfire and drank Gin & Tonic's. Meeting her, growing our friendship, and that 4-day wonderful adventure, is one that is etched into my heart, mind and soul. As for all the rest of the trip… amazing beyond words. I am posting lots of pictures to give you an idea, and hopefully to inspire you to pursue all your wildest dreams. THANK YOU FOR BEING YOU “Twenty years from now you will be more disappointed by the things you didn’t do than by the ones you did do. So throw off the bowlines. Sail away from the safe harbor. Catch the trade winds in your sail. Explore. Dream. Discover.” – Mark Twain During these past two months in South Africa, I’ve been watching films based on true events to learn more about the history of Africa.
I isolated myself in South Africa for July and August to write another book.
Last time I wrote a book was in 2019, in Nepal. On New Years Eve, 2018, I received an email that was offering a course on how to write a book in 30 days, and they would publish it. There have been many book ideas in my consciousness since my early 20’s, that I never wrote. I decided it’s time to finally do it, so I applied for the course. I thought since there was quite a large fee to take the course, that the application part was not serious, and they would for sure take anyone. Well, I was wrong… I was rejected. Instead of giving up on the idea of writing a book, I was inspired about the possibility of writing one in 30 days. I attempted to start the book while in Hawaii, but I found myself being too distracted. So, I isolated myself in cottage in Nepal, diligently writing from morning to night. I would go outside on the lawn every few hours to stretch, ate once a day, and walked to the local market to get food once a week. I achieved my goal of finishing the book in 30 days and rewarded myself a trek though Tibet afterwards. I felt complete just writing the book and getting out into the world, so I did not promote it in any way. This time, I am more committed to making sure the message in the book touches as many souls as possible, and I am rewarding myself a month of Safari’s and exploring other areas of Africa. We all are here to contribute the gift of who we are with the world. And my wish for each one of you is to realize/remember what your special gift is. THANK YOU FOR BEING YOU "Today you are You, that is truer than true. There is no one alive who is Youer than You." — Dr. Seuss Fun, Fun, Fun… I went from a month in Hawaii to a great time hiking and swimming daily with my friend’s dog, in Lake Tahoe, California. After Tahoe, I finished up the month working in the San Francisco Bay area. I read a post on Instagram recently that was inspiring people to get out of the 9-5 working life with two weeks a year vacation and start living a life of passion and freedom. I found the responses interesting… most of the response were in the theme of “that is easy for you to say, us have to work to pay the bills.” My response to the responders is, yes, most of us live in a society where we must have money “to pay the bills”, but we also are the creators of our reality and the way we receive the money we need. As humans we inherited freedom of choice and the ability to create, although due to the mental limitations of belief the collective human race has accepted, we are imprisoned. To break free, we must become aware of the false beliefs we have accepted and change them into empowered truth. Then you can allow your creative intelligence to have fun. “Creativity is Intelligence Having Fun” – Albert Einstein THANK YOU FOR BEING YOU If you are interested in assistance to transforming the limiting beliefs programmed in your subconscious, and merging with your fully empowered self and life you truly desire, go to: mindmergementor.com I was blessed with another sweet month in Hawaii with family and friends.
Was able to spend Mother’s Day with one out of three of my children, Yayyyyy! Another very special moment was getting one of my favorite beaches all to myself to swim, stretch, meditate, and ground into to the healing field of our wonderful planet, Earth. I know I often bring up the importance of grounding ourselves with the energy/frequency of the Earth at least once a day… but in case you haven’t researched the benefits of grounding, I will give you here what I got when I Googled it: Grounding, also known as earthing, is the practice of reconnecting with the Earth's natural electric charge to promote healing. Some research suggests that grounding can have a number of healing benefits, including:
THANK YOU FOR BENG YOU “To ground is to pour your energies back into the earth and feel the warm calm of nature entering your body in exchange.” – Anonymous I’ve been to Brazil and Argentina multiple times, but never experienced the magnificent water falls that flow across the border of both countries.
I enjoyed my birthday month in Honolulu with family and friends, and what a joy it was 😊
This month I focused a lot on how important it is to heal the traumas and emotional pain most of us have experienced during our lives. Each time we feel emotionally hurt, we create a protective barrier over our heart center, limiting the love we can give and receive. And since love is the force of creation and all that is, and ALL of creation is energy…. then this barrier is limiting EVERYTHING we desire to experience – health, money, opportunities, and the ability to BE the fully empowered creators of our lives like we were meant to be. This realization hit me personally really hard recently, and I have noticed it seems to be a human theme amongst many of us. I’m choosing to do the internal healing work needed to heal and let down my defenses so that I can give and receive 100% abundantly, all that I and life has to offer. How about you, are you ready to experience yourself and life to the fullest? Type YES in the comments and join me in Limitless Love! THANK YOU FOR BEING YOU From our very first breath we are filled with limitless love and universal potential.-Harold W. Becker Aloha! I’ve been enjoying my ideal day again back in Honolulu… tennis in the morning, swim in the ocean, and work the rest of the day.
